Johannes Haandsbæk Vestergaard, former chef and owner of Copenhagen’s H15 and Spisehuset, is behind Lønstrup Madhus. It’s a relaxed, welcoming space where local ingredients and craftsmanship come together in honest, memorable dishes. This is a vision I share and value deeply.

Hand-drawn illustrations highlight both the ingredients and everyday kitchen moments, while a black-and-white palette inspired by the sea and the coastal surroundings of Lønstrup adds warmth and personality – quality and care, without the formality.
